1. Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from our U.S. fulfillment centers.
Most customers receive their packages within 2–5 business days after they are processed.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

2. How can I track my order?

After your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track it.
You can also contact us through Shopify Inbox if you need help locating your order.

3. What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy on most items.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 48 hours to request a replacement or refund.

4. Are my payments secure?

Yes! All transactions are processed using SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways.
We never store or share your payment information.

5. Do you sell on other marketplaces?

7. What if my package is delayed or missing?

If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time, check the tracking first.
If it shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact us right away.
We’ll open an investigation with the carrier and ensure you’re taken care of.

8. Do you offer price matching?

Yes! If you find a lower price for the same item from a verified U.S. retailer, email us the link and we’ll match it whenever possible.
